Elemental Earthdance
Elemental Earthdance celebrates the universal language of movement that connects us to our true self and to the planet. A dance of life. A story through movement. A connection to the rhythms of our earth. Based on the foundations of Nia dance and inspired by the moves of Belly dance with elements of Yoga, Elemental Earthdance is a fusion of movement forms. Find your path, tell your story, discover your unique spirit. We were all born to dance but we have forgotten how. Let me help you remember through Elemental Earthdance.
Earth
Grounded movement connecting our bare feet to the earth, visualising roots from our feet down into the earth, grounding our movement practice and connecting with our planet.
Water
Flowing fluid movements for the whole body. Visualising water, oceans, tides and the rain. Flowing through the body and connecting our movements to the oceans of our planet.
Fire
Strong confident and powerful movements. Transformative and energising. Saluting the sun, visualising the sun, heat and power. Strong expressions and dynamic movements
Air
The flow of breath as we move. The life force prana that exists in all beings. Using breath to deepen movement practices inspired by yoga asanas. Sensing breath as the air that connects
Spirit
Meditation, creativity, the truth and awareness. The spiral represents the journey we take inwards to truly know ourselves and the journey we take as we expand outwards gaining
Westleton Tuesday
I hold Elemental Earthdance classes on Tuesday evenings at 5.45pm at Westleton Village Hall.
Westleton Saturday
I hold Elemental Earthdance classes on Saturday mornings at 9.30am at Westleton Village Hall.
Soulful Sunday
Once a month, on the last Sunday of the month, I hold a 2 hour enhanced Elemental Earthdance class.
BeWellBarn Friday
I hold both Elemental Earthdance and ecoNIDRA classes at the fantastic Be Well Barn near Eye.

Moon Pass
A Moon Pass is our name for a voucher which you can use to pay for our classes. You pay £40 and receive a voucher which you can use until it runs out, saving 11% on the full price.
Sun Pass
For our regular dancers this option offers the most flexibility and value. Subscribe to pay a fixed fee every month and your place is guaranteed. No need to book, just turn up or send a friend in your place!
CULTURE DECLARES
I feel passionately about protecting our planet and all beings that we share our planet with. I feel that together we can be the change that we wish to see and start to take action against practices, thoughts and actions that are destroying our planet.
I plan to continue to raise awareness of our environmental crisis and support others to take action in their daily lives. I will do this through movement, meditation and creative practices.
There are countless ways that each one of us can make a difference such as cutting down on waste, using less energy, recycling or (better still) re-using, using less water, walking or cycling instead of driving to name a few. All of these are very worthy changes, but there is one change you can make that will result in a huge number of benefits for the planet, the inhabitants of the planet and even yourself...
Often overlooked is the ethics of the banking world.
